Business giant JSW has confirmed that they are interested in the Indian Premier League (IPL) team Royal Challengers Bangalore.
Parth Jindal, JSW Group's Economic Analyst and son of Chairman Sajjan Jindal, confirmed that they are very much interested to buy the team.
It was reported in March that JSW can offer about $11-billion for the team, but at that time current team owner Vijay Mallya declined the news.
JSW sports are very much interested to build up a massive sports base in Karnataka and this can be their starting step.
Parth Jindal is the CEO of former I-League champions Bengaluru FC and is the key man behind building an Olympic Village for multi-discipline sports in Ballari later this year.
